Blast Kills at Least 27 in Hospital Garage

An explosion rocked a hospital parking garage in northern China, killing at least 27 people, the government said.
The cause of the explosion was under investigation, the official New China News Agency said. The blast occurred in the underground garage at a hospital for employees of Xuangang Coal & Electricity Co. in Shanxi province. Most of the victims were hospital staff and their relatives.
