Russian nationals Andrey Kuznetsov and Vladimir Litvinenko, members of a fraud ring, were found shot execution-style, with their fingertips and thumbs cut off, in their West Hollywood home. When police stumbled upon the gory scene -- while investigating the report of a car left idling on the street out front -- they caught two fellow Russians, Serguei Ivanov and Alexander Nikolaev, ripping the bullets from the bodies to erase any ballistics trail.
