A jury Friday found a Los Angeles police officer not guilty of molesting a 15-year-old girl he knew.
Frank Ricci, 32, of Mission Viejo was arrested in 2004 and charged with committing a lewd act on a child and attempting another, both felonies.
Ricci is assigned to the Los Angeles Police Department’s Harbor Division.
A jury acquitted him on both charges after deliberating for two days following a two-week trial.
