2 Arrested in Killing of U.S. Consular Officer

Pakistani police have arrested two Islamic militants suspected of planning a March suicide bombing that killed U.S. consular officer David Foy and three others near the U.S. Consulate in Karachi, said Salahuddin Haider, a spokesman for the Sindh provincial government.
The bombing took place March 2, the eve of a visit by President Bush to Pakistan.
