For Enron’s Lay, it’s a reversal of presumption

Regarding “Verdict against Lay is erased,” Oct. 18:
Our laws say that a person is innocent until proved guilty. The late Kenneth L. Lay was proved guilty by a jury of his peers.
Therefore, it seems to me that now he is guilty until proved innocent.
