One of the Rolling Stones’ early hits, “Ruby Tuesday,” is lending its name to a new animated film.
Europa Corp. and Mick Jagger’s Jagged Films have agreed to co-produce “Ruby Tuesday,” with Paul and Gaetan Brizzi on tap to write and direct the project, it was announced Tuesday.
Centered on the experiences of a single mother searching for happiness in New York, the movie will feature 12 hit songs from the Stones. Production is set to begin later this year.
