TV Guide Signs License Deal With Yahoo

Gemstar-TV Guide International Inc. said it had signed a license agreement with Yahoo Inc. to offer its television program guides online.
The TV Guide brand also will be promoted across some of Yahoo’s properties as part of the agreement. Hollywood-based Gemstar did not disclose financial terms.
