3 in Fire May Have Been Slain, Autopsies Show

Autopsies on three bodies found Sunday at a burned-out house revealed that the victims were assaulted and possibly killed before the fire, Riverside County authorities said Wednesday.
One body was found outside the home and two more inside. The investigation showed the house belonged to Vickie Friedli and her boyfriend, Jon Hayward. Friedli’s daughter, Becky, was also believed to live there.
