Made from metal tubes with hand-finished nodes and detailing, Stacey Hoshimiya’s Steel Bamboo sculptures ($320) can be used to display dried flowers or grasses. They’re on display at Fifth Floor, a new Chinatown gallery that also features ceramics by Lilith Rockett of the recently closed gallery Flux, as well as architectural wood, steel and glass tables by owner Robert Apodaca. Noon to 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday, or by appointment. 502 Chung King Court, (213) 687-8443, www.fifthfloorgallery.com.
