2 police officers hit by gunfire

Two police officers were wounded in a shooting at a movie theater late Friday night, authorities said.
Officer Julio Martinez said the shooting happened about 10:15 p.m. at the Pacific Beach Cities Stadium 16 on Nash Street.
Martinez said one officer was hit in the shoulder, but he didn’t know where the other officer was wounded. He said neither injury was believed to be life-threatening. Police were unsure how many suspects they were seeking.
