Update: It’s that time again. Elton Brand time. The former Clipper and oft-injured 76er had been struggling through a miserable season, taking a considerable amount of heat in Philadelphia. But Brand came off the bench in Friday night’s win at Boston to score a season-high 23 points and added eight rebounds. Last season, Brand made the game-winning shot against the Clippers at Philadelphia on Nov. 21.
