Police in central Pennsylvania say they’ve nabbed a real pothead.
Cesar Lopez, 29, was seen in a Lebanon convenience store peering inside his baseball cap, police say. Then an officer noticed that Lopez had a small plastic bag stuck to his forehead. The bag appeared to contain marijuana, police said, so the officer peeled the bag off his forehead and arrested him. Lopez has been charged with drug possession.
