Regarding “The $35 Deal” [Oct. 11]: If the Luxor is serious about “phasing out” its Egyptian theme, it might want to start with that “ginormous” sphinx out front. Better yet, drop a giant lampshade on it. That should bring in the “hipper” crowd!
