Where you’ve seen her Janet Jackson is best known as a platinum-selling recording artist, though she began her acting career as a 9-year-old on her family’s variety show “The Jacksons.” She later appeared on the sitcoms “Good Times,” “Diff’rent Strokes” and “Fame.” Her feature film debut was in “Poetic Justice” opposite Tupac Shakur.
