I discovered La Bella Roma, a family-operated restaurant tucked in a corner of a strip mall off Ramon Road in Cathedral City (near Palm Springs). The correct use of herbs makes it a pleasure to try the spaghetti, mostaccioli, rigatoni or linguine.
