Westways cover art: In the Dec. 19 Arts & Books section, the California Imagery article about the Westways cover art collection at the Pasadena Museum of California Art misspelled the last name of one of the cover artists. He was Jake Lee, not Glee.
MOCA mural: Articles in the Dec. 18 and Dec. 20 Calendar sections about the decision by Museum of Contemporary Art Director Jeffrey Deitch to paint over a commissioned antiwar mural at MOCA’s Geffen Contemporary building said a nearby war memorial was dedicated to Japanese soldiers. In fact, the Go for Broke Monument honors Japanese Americans who served the U.S. military in World War II.
Albums of the year: In the Dec. 21 Calendar section, a list of the best albums of the year gave the title for Brian Eno’s new album as “Small Craft on a Warm Sea.” The title is “Small Craft on a Milk Sea.”
Steve Landesberg: In the Dec. 21 LATExtra section, the obituary of actor Steve Landesberg, who played Det. Arthur Dietrich in the sitcom “Barney Miller,” misspelled the last name of Max Gail’s character, Det. Stanley “Wojo” Wojciehowicz, as Wojohowicz.
