What: 37-day meeting.
When: Five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday (except for racing on Monday, Sept. 6).
Post time: 2 p.m., except for 4 p.m. on Fridays July 23, 30, Aug. 6, 13; then 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 20, 27 and Sept. 3. Also 1 p.m. for Aug. 28.
Top races: Saturday, $300,000 Eddie Read Stakes; Aug. 1, $250,000 Bing Crosby Stakes; Aug. 7, $300,000 Clement L. Hirsch Stakes; Aug. 21, $300,000 Del Mar Oaks; Aug. 28, $1-million Pacific Classic and $250,000 Pat O’Brien Stakes; Sept. 4, $250,000 Darley Debutante; Sept. 8, closing day, $250,000 Del Mar Futurity.
Admission: $6 for stretch run and infield (opening day $11). $10 for clubhouse (opening day $20). $8 for parking.
