A giant nylon tote bag with 17 pockets on the outside and four shock-corded, aluminum legs to keep it upright, the caddy sets up and collapses quickly. It can hold chips, napkins, utensils, drinks, magazines, toys and more. A sunken cup holder can hold a bottle of wine or a can of soda.
