‘Brotherhood’ creator Blake Masters and buyer bond over Hollywood Hills house

“Brotherhood” creator Blake Masters has a home for sale in the Hollywood Hills at $1.849 million and a buyer on the hook. While the listing is still active, the property is under contract.
The remodeled Spanish-style house was built in 1927 as part of the Hollywoodland development. Period details include the original hardwood floors, the wood-burning fireplace, iron wall sconces and a Juliet balcony.
A dramatic two-story great room with soaring wood-beamed ceilings sits at the heart of the more than 3,000-square-foot house. There’s an open-plan living and dining room, a pantry and dual master suites for a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
One master bedroom has a fireplace, the other features stained-glass doors and windows. A guest bathroom contains a claw-foot tub.
The terrace has expansive lounging and dining space and a built-in barbecue. Views take in the cityscape and Griffith Observatory.
Masters co-created the 2016-18 mystery series “Falling Water” as well as “Law & Order: L.A.” (2010-11).
He bought the property in 2007 for $1.505 million, according to public records, and first listed it for sale about a year ago at $2.175 million.
