Michael C. Hall wraps up his act in Los Feliz, selling compound for asking price

Michael C. Hall, known for his starring role on the memorable TV series “Dexter,” found a homebuyer willing to pay the exact asking price of $4.85 million for his Los Feliz compound. No slashing required.

The Spanish Colonial Revival-style house, set behind gates and hedges, sits on more than a third of an acre and includes a guest house and a swimming pool. There’s also a separate three-car garage.

The updated 1920s home has such picturesque details as arched windows, beamed ceilings and wrought iron work.

The foyer opens to a formal living room and a den with built-in bookshelves. Both have fireplaces. Barn-style doors separate the living and dining room areas.

A modern center-island kitchen, six bedrooms and six bathrooms are also within the 5,618 square feet of space. The master suite features ceiling beams, large windows, a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower.

A patio overlooks the pool, gardens and lawn.

Hall, 45, won a Golden Globe for his role as Dexter Morgan on the Showtime series “Dexter” (2006-2013). Before that, he appeared on the HBO series “Six Feet Under” (2001-2005).

Of late, he’s been starring off-Broadway in “Lazarus,” which features music from the late David Bowie’s final album, “Blackstar.” Hall is also working on a one-night-only tribute, “Radiohead: Obsessed,” to be performed next month in New York City.

The newlywed, who married writer Morgan Macgregor on Leap Day, bought the house three years go for $3.825 million.
