Don’t turn that dial: Comedian and talk radio host Tim Conway Jr. has put his longtime home in Tarzana up for sale at $698,000. Conway, the son of legendary actor-comedian Tim Conway, is selling because he recently decamped to another part of the San Fernando Valley.
Found along a tree-lined street, in the same neighborhood where Conway grew up, the single-story home features hardwood floors, recessed lighting and an oversized kitchen with upgraded appliances and a wide center island.

Within more than 1,500 square feet of white-walled space is an open living/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, a breakfast bar, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. French doors off the living room open to a covered patio and a concave-shaped swimming pool.
Lawns, mature palms and privacy hedges fill the 8,220 square feet of grounds. A remodeled two-car garage with built-in storage and an epoxy floor coating sits off the front of the home.
Conway, know for such bits as “What the Hell Did Jesse Jackson Say?,” hosts “The Tim Conway Jr. Show” weeknights from 7-10 p.m. on KFI-AM 640. Before that, he co-hosted an evening talk radio show at 97.1 KLSX-FM for more than a decade.
