Todd Stashwick of “$#*! My Dad Says” and his wife, Charity, have their Laurel Canyon house on the market at $1,249,000.
The original property, built in 1922, was much smaller than the 2,682-square-foot home today. Earlier owners — actor Jeff Perry, known for “Nash Bridges” (1996-2001) and more recently “Grey’s Anatomy” (2006-09), and his wife, Linda Lowy, a casting director for shows including “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Private Practice” and “Friday Night Lights” — redesigned and expanded the property to its three-bedroom, 31/2 -bathroom configuration.
The plan includes a double-height dining room, a family room with wood-burning fireplace and a master suite with a fireplace and balcony.
The grounds have a motorized rock-bed stream, a children’s playhouse and a 200-year-old oak tree.
Perry and Lowy sold the house in 2003 to Kathy Busby, vice president of comedy development at Turner Broadcasting, for $885,000. She sold it to the Stashwicks for $1,255,000 in 2007.
Todd Stashwick also has appeared in regular roles on “Heroes” (2009-10) and “The Riches” (2007-08).
James Foreman of Sotheby’s International Realty, Los Feliz, is the listing agent.
