Hollywood Headlines: The week in review
Has Chris Brown changed? Maybe on the outside. The rapper, sporting a new blond dye job and some serious tats, reportedly trashed an ABC dressing room and broke a window this week when he didn’t get his way on “Good Morning America.” Brown, 21, was on the show to promote his new album “F.A.M.E.” but became increasingly moody when host Robin Roberts tried asking about Rihanna.
Later on BET’s “106th & Park,” he apologized if he startled anyone at ABC when he “let off steam” in his dressing room and complained that the “GMA” producers were trying to “exploit” him. (Ida Mae Astute / Associated Press)

Michael Lohan’s trip to “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew” couldn’t come soon enough. Cops arrested Michael -- whose big claim to fame is his daughter, Lindsay Lohan -- after allegedly holding his girlfriend against her will and preventing her from calling authorities. Now he’s facing misdemeanor charges. Looks like Dr. Drew Pinksy’s going to have his hands full. (Al Seib / Los Angeles Times)
Casey Abrams’ luck turned around this week when the “American Idol” judges “saved” him from elimination. The mercy move (and they only get one per season) means that the 20-year-old rocker will join the Top 10 on tour, bumping the total number of traveling contestants up to 11. Of course, saving Abrams, who recently landed in the hospital with stomach pains, means that two “Idol” wannabes will be booted next week. Ouch! (Michael Becker / Associated Press)
What does Charlie Sheen’s father, Martin, think of his son’s recent publicity stunts, firing from “Two and a Half Men” and recovery at “Sober Valley Ranch”? “When you’re addicted, you don’t grow emotionally,” the elder Sheen explains in an interview with London’s Telegraph. Martin, who hasn’t had a drink in 20 years, said he can relate to Charlie’s battle: “I know what hell he’s living in. I’ve had psychotic episodes in public. One of them was on camera -- the opening scene of ‘Apocalypse Now.’ So I know what Charlie is going through. And when you do something like that, that is out of control, that’s the most difficult thing. You have to have courage.” (Rhonda Birndorf / Associated Press)

He’s known for his record-breaking home runs, but Barry Bonds could end up striking out in court. The baseball player is charged with obstruction of justice and making false statements in 2003 to a grand jury, which had been investigating the illegal distribution of steroids. This week Bonds’ estranged friend and business partner Steve Hoskins testified that Bonds asked him to research the effects of steroids in 1999 and that Bonds also complained of soreness from steroid injections. His former childhood friend also said that he loaned Bonds’ ex-mistress Kimberly Bell $10,000 to lawyer up. Now she’s expected to testify against the would-be Hall of Famer too. Some speculate she could reveal intimate details about side effects Bonds may have experienced from steroid use. Awkward? Uh, yeah. (Paul Sakuma / Associated Press)
Big news in the fashion world this week: Rachel Zoe and her husband, Rodger Berman, have a new baby boy. The little guy, named Skylar Morrison Berman, weighed in at 6 pounds, 12 ounces when he was delivered on Tuesday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. “Mom and Dad ‘LITERALLY’ could not be happier or more in love with their son!” the pair said in a statement.
