Arrow Oliver (Stephen Amell) will go to any length to put an end to Damien Darhk’s (guest star Neal McDonough) plans, including making surprising alliance in the season finale. Emily Bett Rickards, David Ramsey and Willa Holland also star. 8 p.m. KTLA

Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders In the two-episode season finale, the team heads to Spain for a case involving Pamplona’s running of the bulls, then the agents seek a young woman who vanished while in Haiti. Sherry Stringfield guest stars as Garrett’s (Gary Sinise) wife. 9 and 10 p.m. CBS
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Brad Garrett continues his guest role as a corrections officer accused of assaulting female inmates in the conclusion of the two-part season finale. Mariska Hargitay and Raul Esparza star with Peter Gallagher, Andy Karl and Robert John Burke in their recurring guest roles. 9 p.m. NBC
Supernatural God (Rob Benedict) makes a decision about Amara (Emily Swallow) in the season finale. Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles star. 9 p.m. KTLA
Wayward Pines This M. Night Shyamalan-produced series returns for a new season with Jason Patric joining the cast as a doctor new to town. Terrence Howard, Carla Gugino and Melissa Leo return and Djimon Hounsou also joins the show. 9 p.m. Fox

Nashville Scarlett and Gunnar (Clare Bowen, Sam Palladio) consider breaking up their act while Rayna (Connie Britton) feels she may have to get tough with Maddie (Lennon Stella), and Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) ponders how to handle a tragedy in public view in the musical drama’s series finale. 10 p.m. ABC
