Covert Affairs On an undercover mission, Annie (Piper Perabo) knows she must keep her guard up after she accepts an invitation to the Russian Embassy in Paris, while Augie (Christopher Gorham) tries to juggle multiple relationships, and Joan (Kari Matchett) digs into the details of Arthur’s (Peter Gallagher) most recent business trip. Nic Bishop and Hill Harper also star in this new episode. 10 p.m. USA

Mark Twain This two-part Ken Burns documentary explores the legend born Samuel Langhorne Clemens — the writer whom many consider the greatest American author, and the man whose life was beset by personal and financial losses.
