SUNSET SIX LEAGUENorth Hollywood 5, Verdugo Hills 2
North Hollywood (6-2, 4-0) clinched the Sunset Six League title Thursday. Desiree Stone won, 8-0, to improve her record to 9-0 on the season and Eunice Yoo won, 8-1, to improve to 4-0 in singles matches this year for North Hollywood.
Verdugo Hills fell to 2-2 in league.

Van Nuys 4, Monroe 3
Amy Chow defeated Geradine Jiravanichsakul, 8-7 (7-5), at No. 4 singles and Nioufar Izadpanah and Emily Seeboonruang defeated Gisselle Jaen and Veronica Perez by a score of 8-0 at No. 2 doubles to lead visiting Van Nuys (7-2, 5-1).

WESTERN LEAGUE
Venice 4, Westchester 3
Simone Greene won at No. 1 singles by a score of 8-1, Princess Manasseh won at No. 2 singles, 8-4, and at No. 2 doubles Hazel Araux and Brittany June won, 8-0, in the loss for Westchester (5-5, 3-4) at Venice (9-1, 6-1).

WESTERN LEAGUE
Venice 7, L.A. University 0
The No. 2 singles player for Venice, Christina Lam, came back from a 4-0 deficit to win her match, 8-6. Marisa Hamilton, Venice’s No. 4 singles player, won, 8-6, in her first varsity match. Host Venice improved to 8-1, 5-1 while University fell to 1-5 in league.
WEST VALLEY LEAGUE
Granada Hills 6, Cleveland 1
Ramya Sreepathi defeated Karina Pikhart, 8-5, at No. 1 singles for visiting Granada Hills. Jaime Lee defeated Olivia Pokorny, 8-6, at No. 4 singles for Cleveland (2-7, 1-6).
