Hundreds were killed and hundreds more injured in a stampede in Mina, Saudi Arabia, during the annual hajj pilgrimage Sept. 24, 2015, Saudi authorities said. The crush happened about 3 miles from the holy city of Mecca, which has been the site of hajj stampedes in years past.
