2017 City Section sports Hall of Fame inductees announced

The fourth class of inductees for the City Section sports Hall of Fame will take place on Sunday, April 23, at the DoubleTree Hotel in Culver City.
This year’s class:
Aquatics: Bob Bennett, Birmingham ‘61; Donna Wennerstrom, Chatsworth ‘78; Don McKenzie, Grant ‘65; Georgia Coleman, Poly ’29.
Golf: Frank Tatum, Los Angeles ’38.
Softball: Cara Blumfield, El Camino Real ‘99; Louis Figliewicz, San Pedro ’79.
Boys soccer: Arturo Torres, Banning ‘98; Joe Zomar, Hamilton ’37.
