Baseball: El Camino Real vs. Alemany tops Easton tournament

The 32-team Easton baseball tournament begins on Feb. 28, and the best early game has a matchup of El Camino Real playing at Alemany on March 3 in a second-round game.

Opening matchups on Saturday, Feb. 28: Oaks Christian at Kennedy; Moorpark at Lancaster; Agoura at Taft; Simi Valley at Quartz Hill; Chaminade at Rio Mesa; Burroughs at Camarillo; Hart at Oak Park; Birmingham at Loyola; West Ranch at Calabasas; Crespi at Thousand Oaks; Saugus at Sun Valley Poly; Village Christian at Harvard-Westlake; Alemany at Palmdale; Westlake at El Camino Real; Chatsworth at Burbank; Newbury Park at Dos Pueblos.

The championship game is March 10 (weather permitting).
