Cross country: Phillip Rocha of Arcadia finishes second in Foot Locker championship

Phillip Rocha of Arcadia took second place on Saturday at the Foot Locker Cross Country championships at Balboa Park in San Diego.
The CIF state Division I champion ran 15:08.
The winner was Drew Hunter of Purcellville, Va., who finished in 14:56.
Weini Kelati of Leesburg, Va., won the girls’ race in 17:10.
