Football: Former Narbonne QB Troy Williams passes for 317 yards in JC win

Troy Williams, a two-time City Section player of the year during his days playing quarterback at Narbonne High, is at Santa Monica College after transferring from Washington. He’s off to a good start and on his way to becoming a sought-after recruit from the JC level.
In his second JC game, Williams completed 21 of 37 passes for 317 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions in a 48-21 win over Southwestern on Saturday.
He also rushed for 73 yards in nine carries and scored one touchdown.
Santa Monica is 2-0.
