Football: Rick Herrington is returning to Hart as defensive coordinator

Rick Herrington knows how to work well with his brothers, football head coaches Mike and Dean. Everyone wants him on their staff, and now Hart High gets him back.

Rick is returning to Hart for the first time since 2007 and will be the Indians’ defensive coordinator under Mike, the head coach.

Rick joined brother Dean, who was head coach at Alemany. Now that Dean has moved on to Paraclete, Rick is back at Hart, where his son, Todd, is a freshman football player.

Rick continues to be a teacher at Hart.
