UCLA loses a shocker to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 70-68

Apparently UCLA and its new class of super freshmen need more time to jell.
Playing at Pauley Pavilion on Sunday night, the Bruins were shocked by visiting Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, 70-68.
After a sluggish start that saw them leading by only two points at halftime, the Bruins seemed to grab control of the game with an 18-point lead midway through the second half.
That’s when the visiting Mustangs got hot, making a string of three-point shots to cut the lead to one point with just under four minutes remaining.
From there, Cal Poly -- which upset USC last season -- found ways to score while UCLA went cool, missing on key shots.
The Mustangs came through in the final seconds for the win as UCLA missed a desperation three-pointer.
