Update: The Galaxy is coming off a 1-0 loss at New York City FC last Saturday, which ended a nine-game unbeaten streak in MLS contests. The Galaxy was without starting goalkeeper Brian Rowe (head injury) in that match and head coach Bruce Arena has not announced if backup Clement Diop will make his second straight start. The Fire has the MLS’ worst record and its 25 total goals this season is a league low. The last time the Galaxy lost at Chicago was in 2008.
