New Arts Money: The Philadelphia-based Pew Charitable Trust has established a three-year pilot program to annually provide 16 new $50,000 multidiscipline artists fellowships. The awards will begin in June, 1992, and are initially targeted at Philadelphia artists, but the trust is considering a similar national program.
