OUTLOOK
Only three starters from last season’s squad return, but a promising group of newcomers gives Veeder hope for a better season. Stearns will become the first girl to play varsity football in Garden Grove League history if she takes on the kicking duties as expected. Veeder expects his menacing line, to be one of the strengths of his squad with Upton (260 pounds), Faamausili (320), Esera (245) and Siebert (245).
